Situated in the heart of the prestigious Grey Oaks community, the project at 2369 Cheshire Lane was a multi-phase restoration designed to return the property to its peak aesthetic condition. Following a previous service at this address, the client requested a comprehensive overhaul of the driveway, along with essential maintenance tasks to prepare the home for the season. The technical core of the project involved the complete stripping of the existing driveway sealer to create a clean slate. Once the old layers were removed, we meticulously re-sanded the entire surface using Trident joint sand in a warm tan color, providing a natural, refined look that complements the Naples architecture. To ensure the highest level of durability and protection, we applied the full Trident Cat5 system. This included the specialized D1 application for targeted joint stabilization where required, creating a rock-solid foundation that resists washout and weeds while enhancing the deep tones of the pavers. Beyond the hardscape restoration, the scope of work extended to the home’s exterior functionality and clarity. Our team handled the removal and organized storage of the hurricane shutters, followed by a professional window cleaning to ensure the residence reclaimed its polished, open feel. The combination of the freshly sealed, stabilized driveway and the crystal-clear windows has completely refreshed the property's presence, ensuring it stands out as a premier example of the high standards maintained within the Traditions at Grey Oaks.
