Roof Soft Wash, Window Cleaning and Lanai Cleaning

A single-day, full-exterior visit in Fort Myers: soft wash roof cleaning, a targeted house wash on the walls that needed it, a lanai floor cleaning, and window cleaning inside and out. The job was photographed from the ground and from a drone, so the roof before-and-after is one of the clearest records we have. The roof is barrel tile, and the top-down drone shots tell the whole story — dark streaks of algae and mildew across the entire surface before, and the tile's original terracotta color after. It was cleaned with our soft wash process: a biodegradable solution applied at garden-hose pressure, allowed to dwell, then rinsed. No pressure washer touches a tile roof on our jobs; pressure dislodges tiles, drives water underneath them, and strips the surface. The house wash was selective rather than wall-to-wall: only the areas with visible growth were treated. The lanai floor is painted stucco, which high pressure would damage, so it was soft washed the same way as the roof. Windows were finished last, inside and out, after the roof rinse had settled so nothing dripped onto clean glass. Landscaping was rinsed before and after the roof treatment — the standard step that keeps soft wash solution from stressing the plants below the roofline.
